How do I stay close to God and be a Mother of young children?  So many new Mum’s struggle to hear from God when they are sleep deprived and busy with young children.

I love the honesty with which the Author reveals his journey with God.  Each chapter takes a different aspect of prayer and explores its value and the experience of those who have gone before us.  I cannot read this book without having my heart warmed by the tenderness of God.  He covers everything from the delightful to the hard, the easy to the challenging, the beginnings of prayer and the ongoing Journey.  One of my favourite books ever!
